The position
The strategy team at MBLY participates in the formulation and execution of the company's long-term product and business strategy. The team focuses on “hard to solve” business questions, leveraging qualitative and quantitative tools to support management in decision making. The team reports to the VP pf Product Planning & Strategy and works closely with top leaders on new initiatives and on-going implementation and operationalization of current plans. The Strategy Manager will work as part of thestrategy team on selected projects and strategic initiatives and is expected to eventually lead some of these initiatives.

All you need is:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)
3-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting or corporate development within a large tech company
Background in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is a significant advantage
Technology background – an advantage
Outstanding analytical abilities, enjoys complicated discussions, ability to formulate and defend a point-of-view
Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and P&L analysis
Ability to incorporate new information quickly, formulate new opinions and change existing ones
Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and drive execution
Quick learner and highly curious
Team player, interpersonal skills
Self-motivated
Out of the box thinking and creativity
English language – high proficiency
Excel or PowerPoint proficiency – high proficiency
