0-2 years of experience in PPC/Media Buying/User Acquisition (but a passion for data and performance marketing matters more than experience). Fluent English (written) – a must! Excel Proficiency – Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, etc.) to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. Fast Learner & Independent Thinker – You figure things out, adapt quickly, and take initiative without waiting for instructions. Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You keep things structured, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple campaigns precisely.
