How you’ll spend your day
Lead and manage the customer accounts management and collections team for the private market.
Oversee credit management and ensure maintaining an appropriate level of credit and collection risks.
Manage and monitor overdue debts and open balances.
Provide professional and service-oriented financial and collection support to customers and commercial partners.
Lead processes and projects within the company's systems.
Supervise bank reconciliations, credit card transactions, customer, and supplier accounts.
Generate and analyze aging reports.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls.
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or alternatively, Bookkeeping Level 3 certification.
Proven experience in leading a team in accounts receivable management or collections.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of English proficiency.
