Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the CEOs calendar, travel, meetings, and communications.
Coordinate internal/external meetings and logistics.
Office Management:
Greet visitors and handle calls at reception.
Oversee daily office operations and facility needs.
Manage supplies and service providers.
HR Support:
Assist with HR admin tasks like scheduling and document management.
Support onboarding/offboarding and staff welfare activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
