Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process vendor invoices in a multi-currency ERP system (NetSuite), and prepare payments according to the company's payment cycles
Prepare and submit VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to Israeli authorities
Support financial reporting, audits, and month-end closing activities
Assist with various financial operations and ad-hoc projects as needed
Manage employee expense reports, travel reimbursements, and related payments
Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
4+ years of bookkeeping experience in High-Tech companies
Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3)
Hands-on experience with NetSuite (A must)
Strong understanding of balance sheets and general ledger accounts
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Proficient in Excel
Good written and verbal English skills
Ability to work from our Petah Tikva office (hybrid model)
Experience in NetSuite implementation (Advantage)
