we are looking for a FullStack Developer! we are seeking a talented FullStack Developer to join our innovative R&D Team. In this role, you'll collaborate with business partners to maximize the capabilities of our CRM system, particularly on the salesforce /Force.com platform. Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations for our CRM system
* Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and change management
* Lead highly visible initiatives across the organization
* Build sophisticated applications on the Force.com platform
* Implement and support salesforce integrations with other systems
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred) – Must
* Minimum of 3 years of Full-Stack development experience, with a strong focus on both Front-End and backend development. – Must
* Minimum of 3 years of proficiency in backend technologies, including but not limited to Node.js, Python, Ruby, or JAVA. – Must
* Minimum of 3 years of proficiency in Front-End technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant frameworks. – Must
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. – Must
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies. – Must Distinct Advantages
* Any salesforce experience or certifications would be an advantage but are not mandatory.
* Prior experience with data migration and ETL /integration tools Plus
* Database and data -modeling knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, Schema Design)
* Familiarity with Usability Tests
* Familiarity with Google Analytics
