You will:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven products in lending, fintech, and capital markets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data analytics, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of data products into existing systems and workflows.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements, acting as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
Data Analysis & Engineering: Utilize SQL and other data tools to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with engineers on data architecture and ETL processes as needed.
Problem-Solving: Lead the resolution of complex data-related challenges, ensuring that products deliver meaningful and accessible insights to users.
Product Execution: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining requirements and managing the backlog to leading agile development cycles and product launches
User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, user-friendly data products, ensuring that business stakeholders can easily interpret and use the solutions without needing to understand the complexity of the data systems
Industry Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of lending, fintech, and capital markets to identify market opportunities and drive innovative solutions. Deep knowledge of private credit markets, structured finance, syndicated loans, debt instruments, and capital markets dynamics. Prior experience working with institutional investors, credit platforms, or debt markets is a plus
You have
5+ years of experience as a Data Product Manager or in a similar role within the fintech, lending, capital markets, private credit, or related financial services – Must.
Mother tongue level of both English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills – Must.
Experience in an organization like dv01 or similar fintech companies – Must.
Strong technical skills in SQL, data analysis, and the ability to work hands-on with engineering teams. Familiarity with FinTech platforms is an asset.
Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, database management, relevant regulations (e.g., SEC, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II) and risk management practices in capital markets and private credit.
Proven experience managing complex data products from ideation to execution and the ability translate market trends into actionable product insights and develop strategies that drive business results.
Ability to simplify and translate technical data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
A plus if you have:
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and other data-related tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, SnowFlake) and big data technologies.
Experience working in an agile product development environment.
