Finance Business partner for an Offering Unit, responsible for all unit financial aspects, making this role an opportunity to partner with senior leaders and have a significant impact on the units strategy, in order to combine business and financial goals.
What will your job look like?
You will represent and combine the business needs and financial goals of the company while leading and managing the unit financial team.
You will support the unit strategy planning and implementation while being positioned as the right hand, business partner, and trusted advisor to the head of Offering Unit and the unit Senior Managers.
You will support large-scale resource management using best practices, leading
value realization such as GenAI/AI/automation value impact to the company services offering and EBIT
You will educate the unit Senior Management to understand the financial information and its implications.
You will provide accurate and reliable financial information to management and corporate units.
You will be responsible for financial AOP, target setting – goal sheet.
At least 15 years of experience in financial roles and 5 years of experience in leadership roles
Financial education and background,
Proven experience in managerial roles and/or matrix management, strong leadership skills, and collaborative abilities.
Analytical thinking, creativity, and a strategic mindset.
True passion for automation, innovation, and GenAI.
Determination for leading significant initiatives and following them through to completion.
