Key responsibilities:
* A core member of an R&D project team.
* Identify, suggest, and design in vitro mechanisms of action studies to drive project progression.
* Design and execute various biological and cell-based research methods (i.e., protein characterization experiments, standard cell-lines and primary cell-based assays) to evaluate protein interactions, binding affinities, and functional properties.
* Analyze and interpret experimental data to drive project-related scientific decision-making.
* Meet project goals and contribute to the development of research plans, protocols, and project timelines.
* Present scientific and project-related data and document scientific and experimental work.
* Stay current with scientific literature and contribute to the development of intellectual property.
Requirements:
* M.Sc. degree in life science or related fields must.
* Background in immunology advantage.
* Proficiency in cell culture techniques, experience with different cell types, and maintenance of mammalian cell lines/primary cells advantage.
* Previous work experience with hPBMCs and other primary cells advantage.
* Proficiency in Flow cytometry (including FACS) and immunophenotyping advantage.
* Hands-on experience with protein display techniques advantage.
* Previous work experience in the industry advantage.
* Ability to work and think independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Fast learner, multitasker, well organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
