Head of Testing Department for a Leading Defense Organization.

Position Description: A leading defense organization is seeking an experienced Head of Testing Department. The role includes managing and leading professional testing teams, recruitment and professional screening, employee training and retention, leading multidisciplinary projects, and developing advanced automation infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
Professional and managerial leadership of large testing teams (over 20 team members)
Recruitment, professional screening, training, and employee retention
Responsibility for the development, management, and execution of automated testing processes
Working closely with project managers and multidisciplinary system interfaces
Managing complex projects in the field of automated testing
Developing automation infrastructures, managing recovery scenarios, and executing parallel testing
Ongoing work with APIs and queue mechanisms
Leading processes based on various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile Testing, Risk-Based Testing, Regression Testing, and more)
