The QC Microbiology Analyst will be part of a team responsible for performing microbiological testing on company products at various stages of their life cycle, including environmental monitoring across all production areas. The Microbiology Laboratory provides a wide range of microbiological services to all plant clients, including professional consulting and support for all company activities related to microbiological aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct microbiological release testing for products, raw materials, in-process control (IPC) tests, and stability tests.
Verify results using various reporting systems.
Implement and ensure adherence to procedures and GMP requirements.
Perform tests according to different regulatory requirements.
Define policies and specifications for microbiological tests for products at different production stages.
Write and update procedures and documents within the laboratory.
Qualify laboratory equipment.
Handle laboratory investigations, deviations, corrective/preventive actions.
Work meticulously according to procedures and reliably report results according to work plans and schedules.
Participate in complaint investigations.
Develop and validate laboratory methods.
