About the role

In this role, you will be a key player in creating, managing, and optimizing customer lifecycle journeys while executing impactful campaigns that enhance engagement across various channels.
What You’ll Be Doing:
End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Take full ownership of marketing automation projects, from ideation and segmentation to execution and performance analysis.
Lifecycle Management: Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys and ongoing campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Intercom.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, BI, and global CRM teams to define business requirements, ensure seamless CRM system integration, and align with overall marketing goals.
CRM Campaign Management: Support the development and execution of both B2B and B2C campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting, timely delivery, and precise measurement of results.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and iterate to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
