We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Team Lead to lead strategically, plan, and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, driving growth and maximizing ROI.
What you will be doing:
Lead and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering professional growth and strategic development
Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, Native, and more
Develop data-driven marketing strategies, including smart behavior-based retargeting, advanced segmentation, and effective use of self-serve advertising platforms and Conversion APIs
Own and continuously enhance the company’s advertising platforms and tools to increase campaign efficiency and client performance
Analyze user data and campaign performance to extract actionable insights and identify growth opportunities
Oversee and manage large-scale advertising budgets (multi-million), including ongoing performance monitoring, resource prioritization, A/B testing, and ROI optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BI, Creative, Design, Tech, and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution
Deliver clear, structured, and actionable reports to senior leadership, turning data into meaningful business insights
Work closely with international markets and global partners, including ongoing communication and business planning in fluent English
Establish a test-learn-optimize culture focused on continuous
