Responsibilities:
* Act as the point of contact for employees regarding travel policies, vendors, and compliance questions.
* Develop and implement strategies to reduce overall travel costs while maintaining travel quality.
* Analyze travel data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
* Conduct periodic audits on travel expenses and reports to ensure full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Manage relationships with travel vendors such as airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and travel management companies.
* Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure competitive pricing, value-added services, and favorable terms.
* Evaluate and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Address any issues or service failures with vendors promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to travel arrangements.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in corporate travel.
* Generate reports on travel spending, vendor performance, and program efficiency for senior management.
* Fluent in English.
* 3–5 years of experience in corporate travel management or a related field, with a strong focus on vendor management and contract negotiations.
* Experience in global travel management and familiarity with international travel regulations, policies, and vendor networks.
* Background in procurement processes and experience managing RFPs (Request for Proposals) for travel services.
* Proven experience in corporate travel management or a related field, with a focus on cost optimization and vendor relations.
* Strong knowledge of travel policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
* Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with external vendors.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, assess, and report on travel-related data and expenses.
* Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Knowledge and experience working with the Concur system – An advantage
