Our finance team is expanding and seeking its first Financial Controller. This role will be a key part of the team and report to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management financial reporting packages and reporting and analysis as needed internally and externally to our investors, auditors, regulators, etc.
Manage and review payroll, employees benefits and expenses/payments processes, locally and globally
Implement and monitor efficient financial processes to optimize the companys team activities and provide quality services to our stakeholders
Work with the company's external auditors, tax advisors, valuation, and other consultants during the annual audits, tax filing preparation, and ongoing issues
Ensure compliance with accounting, local and international tax-related issues and regulations
Support financial-related projects as needed
Lead budget control while conducting analysis, including budget Vs. actual reports
Take part in the implementation of automated financial systems and processes.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Certification as a CPA is required
At least 5 years at BIG 5 audit experience, high-tech practice, OR at least 3 years at BIG 5 audit experience, High Tech practice and one financial position in a high-tech company.
Resilient, eager to learn and work independently
Great communication skills
Capacity to lead and drive processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Experience with NetSuite- A plus
Experience working on a BI system- Advantage
High level of English
