We are seeking a highly experienced product manager to lead the companys product development efforts in building its core technology. As the VP Product, you will be at the forefront of our innovative efforts, reporting directly to the CTO. The role requires strong technical understanding and strategic thinking. This will include hiring and managing a team of product managers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their professional goals and deliver exceptional results.
Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate closely with engineering, growth, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and vision alignment.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to key stakeholders, including the executive team, board members, and external partners.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Extensive experience in developing and launching innovative technology products, preferably in the mobile or data-intensive sectors.
Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack and BigQuery specifically.
Proven track record of successfully building and leading product teams.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a can-do attitude , with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly self-motivated person, fast learner and independent.
In-depth knowledge of the mobile ecosystem, including familiarity with mobile platforms, app development, mobile advertising, and user acquisition strategies is a big plus.
Experience with Agile development and Kanban methodologies is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
