As the Director of Product Management, you will play a critical leadership role, overseeing multiple products and leading a team of high-performing product managers. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, market needs, and customer requirements. Additionally, you will oversee work with R&D, ensuring best practices in product development processes are implemented and set and uphold a high standard of product professionalism. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, leadership and execution abilities, and deep expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS. Domain knowledge in Compliance, risk management, or data-driven products is an advantage.

What Youll Do:
Lead & Mentor the Product Management Team Manage, coach, and grow a team of product managers, ensuring high performance and standards, and a strong product culture.
Define & Execute Product Roadmap Own the product vision and roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with R&D, Data Science, GTM and CX teams to drive product execution and market adoption.
Customer-Centric Approach Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points and present our value
Drive Innovation & Differentiation Identify and develop unique selling propositions (USPs) that enhance our market position
Product Delivery & Execution Ensure smooth execution of key initiatives, defining clear success metrics, prioritizing deliverables, and removing blockers to meet aggressive timelines.
Stakeholder Management Work closely with executive leadership to communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and impact, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success/operation to define product messaging, positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.

Requirements:
At least 5+ years managing product managers in a leadership role.
Proven experience in Enterprise grade B2B SaaS and Data Platforms. Experience in Compliance, Risk Management, AI-driven Products, or RegTech is a key advantage .
Strong technical background or experience working closely with engineering and data science teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making data-driven decisions while adapting to evolving priorities.
Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and scaling product teams.
Experience in managing complex roadmaps, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Experience working with exec level enterprise customers, compliance officers, or financial services clients is a plus.
