About The Position:
As part of the Planning and Supply Chain team, the Planner is responsible for managing raw material planning and supply to ensure alignment between forecasts and actual execution.
This role involves overseeing of four companys plants inventory levels, analysing supply chain data, and identifying material flow gaps within production and material transfer processes. The ideal candidate will use reports and statistical tools to optimize inventory and ensure smooth operations across departments.
Responsibilities
Plan raw material consumables and packaging requirements based on global demand forecasts and create purchase and production requisitions.
Monitor the execution of production plans to ensure alignment with demand.
Track and manage inventory levels of raw materials at the plants.
Analyse inventory data to identify shortages, excesses, and inefficiencies.
Collaborate closely with the purchasing, logistics and factories to ensure timely material procurement, transfers and work orders fulfilments.
Identify and address material flow issues across supply chain, business units and production.
Implement and monitor S&OP processes.

Certified Engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management (or equivalent).
Minimum of 4 years experience as a global planner in a mass production E-commerce industry/manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with attention to details and high accuracy.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Proficient in English (reading and writing).
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Deep familiarity with ERP systems and planning tools preference for experience with SO99+ and SAP B1.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and inventory optimization methods.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong Excel skills, problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
