We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to the International Department
Responsibilities:
Providing domestic and international tax services and consulting to start-ups and companies in the high-tech sector.
Ongoing support and advice in a variety of tax areas.
Accompanying M&A transactions and IPOs.
Advising companies throughout complex processes such as due diligence procedures and IPO readiness .
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/law – a must.
4-5 years of experience in the field of domestic and/or international taxation from a legal firm/CPA office/ITA – a must.
Fluent English – a must.
Writing and reading skills at a very high level.
