This role focuses on paid media strategy and execution across platforms like Google Ads, Meta ( facebook & instagram ), TikTok, and other emerging ad spaces. Youll own the entire funnel from keyword research to audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Youll work closely with designers, copywriters, and Affiliate teams to bring high performing campaigns to life across sports betting and casino verticals.

Requirements:
2-4 years of experience managing SEM campaigns (iGaming or other fast-paced industries preferred)
Proven results in performance marketing with a focus on user acquisition and ROAS
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking setup best practices
Excellent analytical skills and a data -first mindset
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Bonus points for experience with display remarketing, programmatic, or conversion rate optimization tools
