Responsibilities:
Lead the full product development lifecycle – from discovery to launch and iteration.
Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
Work closely with our customers and stakeholders to identify pain points and product gaps.
Prioritize features and product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Medical, and data teams to drive successful delivery.
Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate accordingly.
Align stakeholders across the company, including the delivery team, sales, and customer success, to ensure smooth execution and communication.
Requirements:
4+ years of product management in SAAS B2B/ B2B2C company.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, multi-tasker.
Data-driven, with the ability to ask the right questions and analyze data.
Ability to learn quickly and independently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hebrew.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
Great team player with excellent leadership and personal skills.
Strong technical understanding.
Advantages:
Previous experience and passion for working closely with enterprise/SMB clients from the US market, preferably working with end-users.
