We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our people strategy with business objectives and support our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across EMEA. Based in our Tel Aviv office, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global companies, a strong understanding of European and Israeli labor markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business-oriented HR initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to GTM leaders and employees across EMEA, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, career development, and succession planning.
Drive organizational change management processes to support business growth and transformation.
Support the execution of performance management cycles, providing coaching and guidance to managers on best practices.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent for GTM teams across EMEA.
Provide expert guidance on labor laws, compliance, and HR policies for Israel and European regions.
Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize workforce efficiency and employee experience.

Regional Expertise: Deep Understanding of EMEA Labor Markets: In-depth knowledge of European and Israeli labor markets, including employment laws, regulations, and cultural norms.
Skills: Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders, drive strategic HR initiatives, and manage change effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business needs.
