In this role, you'll support the day-to-day execution of internal communications and Employee Experience activities, helping to keep our people informed, engaged, and connected. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their communications career who wants to make an impact in a global, fast-paced company and gain experience across communications, events, and culture-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Write and edit internal communications including newsletters, intranet updates, company announcements, and event recaps
* Maintain and update internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email platforms, digital signage, etc.)
* Support the coordination and promotion of employee events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives
* Assist with creative content creation, including visuals, presentations, and videos for internal use
* Help document and share highlights from Employee Experience initiatives across the organization
* Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging
* Gather feedback and engagement insights to continuously improve content and activities

* Strong writing and editing skills with a good eye for visual content

* Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Familiarity with communication and design tools (e.g., Canva, SharePoint, HubSpot, email platforms) an advantage
