Location : Kfar Saba (hybrid model) Responsibilities: · Lead the consolidated periodic financial statement close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in accordance with US GAAP. · Support month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting process including account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations · Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets · Manage independently financial projects and process, including implementation of new systems and development of new reports in the BI system · Assist with development and documentation of company’s business processes and financial policies · Assist the accounting department with professional issues. Work closely with the global bookkeeping teams and global controllers. · Responsible for periodical reporting to the OCS/IIA · Preparation of annual tax returns and statutory reports · Research technical accounting issues for compliance · Work closely with auditors on annual audit · Ad-Hoc financial projects
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience: · CPA with at least 4 years of experience · Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firm in the hi-tech sector · Knowledge of US GAAP · knowledge of ERP systems (Priority an advantage) · Knowledge of Israeli (preferred enterprise) taxation · Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) · Proficient in Excel Cognitive and interpersonal skills · Fast learner with a “can do” attitude · Outstanding attention to details and well organized · Strong analytical, evaluative, methodical and problem-solving skills · Technological orientation · Ability to work in an intense and dynamic environment · Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
