We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing Marketing team! In this role, you'll take ownership of our marketing infrastructure in Salesforce, create reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the go-to-market team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves marketing tech, data, and optimization. What you'll do:
* Manage and optimize marketing operations within Salesforce
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign and funnel performance
* Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and lead tracking
* Perform basic data analysis using SQL Excel , and Power BI to generate insights
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve marketing effectiveness
* Assist in evaluating and integrating new marketing tools and platforms

Requirements:
What you bring:
* 1–3 years of experience in a Marketing Operations / RevOps / Salesforce admin or analyst role
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce (building reports, managing objects, data hygiene, etc.)
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
* Experience with SQL and Power BI – a big plus
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
