* Lead the handling of all the company's legal matters, working closely with the CFO, CEO, and other stakeholders.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements.
* Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel to various departments and stakeholders across the company.
* Work with external advisors to handle the company's IP, litigation, consumer law, and compliance.
* Support the company's compliance requirements in aspects such as consumer law, GDPR, FDA regulation, etc.
* Design and improve internal processes to support the company's growth.

* 4-6 years of commercial law experience. Experience should include serving as both an in-house counsel in a global company as well as having experience from a prominent law firm.
* Vast experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
* Desire and ability to work on a wide range of legal matters, including those outside of your expertise.
* Hands-on type of person with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Business-oriented with an analytical approach, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English (native-level) and Hebrew.
