The day-to-day:
Conduct cutting-edge research in AI, machine learning, and related fields.
Develop and implement AI algorithms and models to solve complex problems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
Mentor and collaborate with other team members on AI projects.
Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models and systems.
Assist in the deployment and scaling of AI models in production environments.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with video technology and applications is a plus.

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Prior experience in a similar role within the technology or media industry.
