The day-to-day:
Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to enhance video SaaS products.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate AI features seamlessly into the product.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions.
Build predictive models to improve user experience, engagement, and retention.
Design and conduct experiments to validate the impact of AI features on product performance.
Continuously monitor and optimize AI models in production to ensure high performance and accuracy.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to bring innovative solutions .
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles.
5+ years of management experience
Proficiency in LLM/NLP- a must
Proficiency in in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
These would also be nice:
Experience with video technology and SaaS products is a plus.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles.
