Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers in the development of innovative DLP cloud services.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the DLP cloud services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
At least 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Golang).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with data loss prevention or related fields an advantage.
BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
