We are looking for a customer service oriented Help desk specialist to provide support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firms front liner and you will solve basic technical problems in our products and provide support for all assigned areas. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
Requirements:
Proven working experience in providing help desk or other customer support role
Proficiency in Hebrew and English
Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation

Experience in the educational industry (Supporting LMS systems, working with teachers and students)
Working with international customers
