key responsibilities:
write and edit website content, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and product descriptions.
create and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, api references, faqs, and release notes.
translate complex ai and Machine Learning concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users, while maintaining technical depth for expert audiences.
collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials.
ensure all content aligns with brand voice, is optimized for SEO, and supports strategic goals.
support product launches with messaging, help articles, and user onboarding content.
stay up-to-date with trends in ai, enterprise technology, and content best practices.
