Key Responsibilities
Provide deep domain expertise in enterprise network management, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to guide the interpretation, labeling, and modeling of network-related data
Contribute to the design and validation of AI-driven use cases, ensuring solutions align with real-world networking workflows and best practices
Help define the language, terminology, and context used by the AI system to ensure relevance and clarity for IT and security professionals
Hands-on experience in network management and administration, ideally in mid-to-large enterprise environments
Deep understanding of access and security policies, network architectures, configuration tools, monitoring systems, and troubleshooting methodologies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical, data, and product teams
Experience collaborating with R&D or product teams advantage
Familiarity with AI tools advantage
