We are looking for a Data Team Lead to join our Harmony SaaS Group.
This person is passionate about data analytics, cybersecurity, SaaS research, and building scalable data processes. You are driven to solve complex data challenges, lead strategic planning, and generate actionable insights that support both security and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide a team of data analysts, ensuring effective collaboration and accurate delivery.
Research SaaS applications and security trends to identify opportunities for automation and data enrichment.
Deliver data-driven security insights and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
Actively contribute to team processes by shaping and improving workflows for higher efficiency.
Operate with a high level of autonomy, knowing when to escalate, seek feedback, or adjust team practices as needed.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
Proven track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset; able to work independently with strong decision-making confidence.
Experience writing reports for clients and managers.
Experience working in SaaS environments; background in cybersecurity strong advantage.
Familiarity with machine learning techniques an advantage.
Knowledge of networking and network protocols an advantage.
BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery).
Bright, out-of-the-box thinker; motivated, quick learner, goal-driven, and focused.
