Key Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap for payments, including checkout, payment methods, recurring billing, and fraud prevention.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, and Customer Support teams to build and scale our payment infrastructure.
Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
Work with third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Chargebee, PayPal) to integrate and optimize payment processing.
Ensure compliance with PCI, PSD2, SCA, and other relevant regulations.
Identify new opportunities for payment optimization, including new payment methods, geographies, and pricing models.
Champion customer experience in the payment flow, minimizing friction while maximizing trust and conversion.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of payment trends and innovations.
37+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including gateways, processors, acquiring, and fraud detection.
Experience working with third-party payment solutions (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, Chargebee, etc.).
Solid technical foundation; able to effectively work with engineers and understand APIs and system architecture.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation and A/B testing.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to payments is a plus.
