We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented candidate for a dynamic and impactful role in our planning and control department. This role includes daily coordination with local and overseas subcontractors, production schedule management, materials availability tracking, bottleneck identification across the supply chain, and large-scale operational data analysis for decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding analytical capabilities, high-level service orientation, initiative, expert-level Excel skills (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, and more), and hands-on experience working with massive data sets. A deep understanding of operational workflows is essential. Requirements:
– Manage production plans with subcontractors and internal departments – Build weekly/monthly production schedules based on customer and project demands – Monitor inventory levels and material availability; manage shortages

Requirements:
– Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field – Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the electronics/telecom sector, working with subcontractors – Mastery of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas required) – Proven experience with massive data analysis – Excellent English communication skills written and spoken is mandatory – Experience with ERP systems ( Oracle NetSuite an advantage)
