ART MEDICAL is a well-funded medical startup transforming ICU care through advanced technology and innovation. Our smART+™ platform is an intelligent, sensor-based solution that optimizes nutrition delivery while reducing the risks of ventilator-associated pneumonia and malnutrition. Supported by clinical trials, we are setting a new standard in critical care by achieving nearly 100% feeding efficiency and reducing ICU stays by an average of 3.3 days. We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our collaborative and growing engineering team. This is a temporary position for a period of approximately 6-9 months, with an option to extend to permanent employment. As a member of the team, the suitable candidate will perform the following tasks:
* Optimizing the manufacturing line for mass production, including mechanical design of new machines and jigs, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
* Conducting failure investigations and implementing process improvements using various engineering methods (e.g., mechanical design, sheet metal, programmed controllers, etc.).
* Performing validations and developing detailed work instructions to support production and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:
· B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering – Must. · Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design (SolidWorks) and working with subcontractors – Must. · At least 2 years of experience with medical device companies – Must. · Experience in seeing products through development to production. · Team player, independent, and proactive attitude. · Strong hands-on attitude, problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and creativity. · Fluent in English, verbal and written.
