We are looking for a Product Stability Specialist to join our Quality Control team. This role is critical in ensuring our products maintain their stability, integrity, and quality throughout their lifecycle – from R&D and launch to shelf life.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the product stability program: trend analysis, documentation, and reporting
Analyze analytical data and create client-ready reports (COAs included)
Manage inventory in stability chambers and coordinate with internal departments (R&D, Quality, Operations)
Support new product introduction (NPI) processes
Own and execute sensory testing processes – from setup to reporting
Communicate with external labs and manage test submissions and results
Handle logistics of sample shipments, procurement orders, and invoices
Ensure adherence to internal protocols and regulatory requirements
Perform additional QC-related tasks as needed
