Youll own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across all channels, including social, search, display, and video. Lead creative initiatives driven by hypotheses, developing unique positioning for each channel. Build and optimize global B2B and B2C campaigns, collaborating with our creative team to produce high-converting assets. Test and iterate on new channels, audiences, and strategies, taking a full-funnel approach to maximize impact.

5+ years managing large-scale paid acquisition campaigns, with experience in both B2B and B2C, ideally within SaaS
Strong expertise in mobile and video advertising across major platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to blend technical and creative problem-solving
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinker with a focus on tactical execution.
