Responsibilities:
Design user experiences across digital and physical touchpoints that are simple, elegant, and rooted in user-centered design
Lead the process from concept to launch, crafting intuitive journeys across online and offline interactions
Collaborate with product and marketing designers to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience
Conduct user research and support discovery to uncover real needs and opportunities
Validate design decisions with data, experimentation, and user testing
Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define and deliver impactful, user-focused solutions
Drive innovation by designing for advanced AI experiences and shaping solutions that integrate software with connected hardware to create seamless user journeys

5+ years of product design experience, ideally working on consumer tech products (mobile, web, etc.)
Bachelor of Design degree or equivalent work experience required
Able to see not only the implications of individual features but also entire systems
A great portfolio that showcases appreciation for clarity and simplicity of user experiences and deep visual design skills (Must)
Independent, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines, and open to feedback
Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions to different stakeholders in the company in English (written and verbal)
Experience with designing AI interfaces – an advantage
Experience in the digital health industry – an advantage
