We are seeking a passionate Generative AI Evangelist to join our Engineering team and work directly with our development teams to accelerate the adoption of GenAI tools and establish best practices. Reporting to the VP R&D you will be embedded within our development organization to drive hands-on implementation, create effective workflows, and empower developers to leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities in their daily work.
What youll do:
Direct Developer Support & Enablement
Work side-by-side with development teams to implement and optimize GenAI tools in real-world projects
Provide hands-on guidance for integrating AI coding assistants, code generation tools, and automation workflows
Troubleshoot implementation challenges and help teams overcome adoption barriers
Tool Implementation & Workflow Design
Evaluate and pilot new GenAI development tools across different technology stacks
Design and document standardized workflows for common development tasks using AI assistance
Create custom integrations and configurations tailored to our specific development environment
Process Development & Optimization
Establish GenAI coding standards, guidelines, and quality assurance processes
Design efficient workflows that maximize developer productivity while maintaining code quality
Develop feedback mechanisms to improve AI-assisted development practices continuously
Training & Knowledge Transfer
Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions on GenAI tools and techniques
Create practical tutorials, code examples, and documentation for immediate developer use
Mentor development teams on advanced prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding strategies
Innovation & Experimentation
Stay current with emerging GenAI tools and evaluate their potential impact on development workflows
Run proof-of-concept projects to test new AI capabilities and use cases
Share insights and learnings with the broader engineering organization.
