Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a leading university or equivalent
Ownership and Accountability: Ability to take extreme ownership and accountability to lead developments end-to-end.
Drive for Improvement: A passion for identifying inefficiencies and flaws in existing business and software processes, and taking the initiative to implement improvements.
Deep Technical Expertise: 4+ years of experience in backend software development, with proficiency in microservices architecture .NET, SQL, And ElasticSearch. (React and node.js nice to have)
Cloud Experience: Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with Azure.
Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
