Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with Agile methodologies. Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading development teams, with a focus on driving high performance and collaboration. Cultural Awareness: Experience working with American teams and the ability to accommodate late working hours to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
