We are seeking a senior technology leader to lead the Innovation Team within our Mapping Division.
This role combines technological leadership with people management responsibilities and is best suited for individuals with a strategic mindset, strong system-level thinking, and a proven ability to drive innovation in complex environments.
What will your job look like:
Lead an innovative team within the Mapping division, driving forward-thinking technological initiatives.
Evaluate new technologies and develop proofs of concepts driving the next generation of the system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimizing the system and algorithms.
Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.

Proven experience in senior technical leadership roles (e.g. CTO, Principal Engineer).
Deep knowledge of AWS distributed systems.
Experience with Spark an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for innovation.
Previous experience managing or technically leading a team an advantage.
Strategic mindset and the ability to operate in complex environments.
Proven experience in senior technical leadership roles (e.g. CTO, Principal Engineer).
