The "Product Lead" is responsible for end-to-end management of the customer’s product line within the organization, overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development to mass production and ongoing service. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, or engineering leadership for multidisciplinary products. • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technical environment. • Strong background in hardware product development, with a preference for experience in networking, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing. • Project management expertise (PMP, PMO certification is a plus). • Experience with manufacturing processes and supply chain management—understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) is an advantage. • Technical acumen in hardware, embedded systems, or system architecture—ability to work closely with R&D and engineering teams. • Experience with customer-facing roles, including pre-sales, account management, or technical support, is beneficial. • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
