Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a group of mobile team leaders and engineers responsible for all Evinced mobile products, including mentoring, training, and task assignments.
Lead the architecture, design, and technology choices to ensure best-in-class mobile products for iOS, Android, and cross-platform solutions. This requires advanced knowledge of in-app SDKs, mobile automation testing SDKs, and mobile apps.
Recruit, build, and develop the mobile engineering team, coaching and mentoring team leaders and engineers and cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Closely collaborate with Product Management, Research, Development, and Support teams of customers and partners using our products locally and globally.
Oversee project lifecycles from conception to deployment across multiple mobile platforms.
Willingness to travel for business 3-4 times a year to engage with the team and clients and support strategic initiatives.
At least 3 years of experience leading R&D Mobile groups and managing managers located in multiple global locations.
Strong technical background in mobile software engineering, architecture, and design.
Experience with modern mobile SDK development, iOS and Android platforms knowledge, and cross-platform technologies (React Native, Flutter).
Proficiency in mobile development frameworks and technologies (UIKit, SwiftUI, Android XML, Jetpack Compose).
Understanding of the specificity of SDK and enterprise product development.
Experience developing in modern Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI/CD, TDD, etc.)
Proven experience in engaging directly with customers.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
