Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of blockchain security researchers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Find and analyze exploits in compilers, dApps, smart contracts, and blockchain networks.
Develop tools for detecting and preventing attacks in blockchain ecosystems.
Conduct deep forensic analysis of blockchain transactions, logs, and smart contract behaviors to understand attack vectors.
Stay up to date with blockchain threat intelligence, emerging vulnerabilities, and new attack techniques.
Design tailored security solutions for dApps, protocols, and critical network components.
Proactively enhance security monitoring and threat detection for identified attacks.
Collaborate with product, development, and security teams to improve security posture.
Drive security research initiatives and contribute to industry-wide best practices.
Has at least 3 years of experience leading security teams, defining technical direction, and driving security strategies.
Has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in security research.
Has strong knowledge of security vulnerabilities, exploit development, attack techniques, and mitigation strategies.
Experience in programming languages (Python, Rust, C++, or similar)
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
