Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the Loyalty platforms strategy, aligning it with overarching business goals and ensuring it meets the needs of various product teamsincluding AI/ML teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with engineering, AI/ML, design, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration of platform capabilities.
Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a clear, strategic roadmap for platform enhancements, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability.
Developer Advocacy: Champion the needs of internal developers, ensuring the platform provides intuitive APIs, comprehensive documentation, and reliable tools to streamline their workflows.
Experience: 3+ years in product management, including 2+ with platform/infrastructure products.
Technical Skills: Solid grasp of APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and SDLC.
AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into platforms (e.g., model hosting, inference, pipelines).
Strategic Thinking: Able to align platform capabilities with business goals.
Communication: Clear communicator, comfortable translating tech for non-tech stakeholders.
Education: BSc in CS/Engineering; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
