we are looking for an Experienced Team Leader who will join the UGC group. To succeed, we must be focused, professional, and work together effectively, and most importantly, we must enjoy our day-to-day while achieving our goals.
As a Team Lead, youll be responsible for the team, deliverables related to the team, platform and communication groups, and its quality while everyone enjoys the ride. Youll hire, mentor, educate, and build processes with the freedom to make your team best-in-class.
Youll be:
Delivering scalable, high quality features daily in CI/CD environment
Participating and leading the design of complex solutions
Working closely with Product, Design, Operations, Client Services, and more
Collaborating with team members on technological and architectural topics
Owning your work with freedom & responsibility culture
Building cross team/group processes and performance monitoring
