Take an active role in building the groups strategy, defining KPIs, and driving execution
Build and lead a growing team in a fast-paced environment
Develop self-service solutions that scale with PLG adoption
Design and implement scalable, high-quality features
Mentor engineers as they enter a new domain
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations

5-7 years in software development, including 3-5 years as an R&D Team Leader
Strong frontend development skills specially with React
Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
