About the Role
As our Senior Web Architect, you'll lead the architectural vision, design, and implementation of sophisticated web applications, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and international stakeholders. This role combines hands-on architecture, strategic thinking, and mentorship opportunities.
What You'll Do
Mentor and guide an experienced frontend team, fostering technical excellence and continuous professional growth.
Oversee the development, optimization, and deployment of complex web applications built with React.js, ensuring superior performance and outstanding user experience.
Collaborate seamlessly with backend teams (Node.js, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Redis, Elasticsearch) to deliver integrated, robust solutions.
Continuously research, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies and methodologies to maintain our industry-leading position.
Coordinate closely with global product and development teams to align technical execution with overarching business objectives.
5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience, including expert proficiency in React., TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Sass.
Extensive experience with state management frameworks (Redux, Flux), modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, Git), and robust CI/CD pipelines.
Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
Deep knowledge of frontend performance optimization and comprehensive testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
Practical experience integrating frontend with backend systems, caching technologies (Redis), and search platforms (Elasticsearch).
Strong experience with containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent interpersonal and mentorship skills, including demonstrated success in mentoring development teams.
Advantageous Qualifications
Previous experience as a Team Leader or Architect in fintech or large-scale, high-traffic online environments.
Familiarity with React Native for mobile application development.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in financial sectors (EU/US financial regulations).
